ForgeVentures AI is a venture based in Johannesburg, South Africa, developing personal private AI that runs on devices people already own. In the validation form on this site we may collect:

• First name and email address;
• WhatsApp / mobile number (where you provide it);
• Device information you choose to share — device type, manufacturer, model, RAM and operating system where supplied;
• Your intended use cases and capability interests;
• Your response to our pricing (willingness-to-pay) question;
• Any comments you choose to leave;
• Campaign / source attribution (e.g. how you found us) and normal technical website information such as timestamps.

Some of this information is optional. The technical fields and pricing responses help us research device compatibility and requirements.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information to:

• Conduct product and commercial validation;
• Research device compatibility requirements;
• Research features people want and how they value them;
• Respond to enquiries; and
• Inform product-development decisions and lawful future ForgeVentures AI communications.

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers who may process information where necessary in order to operate this website and receive validation responses. Where we do, we seek providers that handle data responsibly. We do not claim that all data is always physically held within South Africa unless and until that is verified.

We keep information only as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above.
