Refund & Compatibility Policy
1. Current payment status
ForgeVentures AI is currently in a validation stage and is not taking payment through this website. Completing the validation form on this site does not create a purchase or any refund transaction.
2. Device compatibility
Not every Android phone or Windows laptop/PC will be compatible with our personal AI setup. Whether a device can run it depends on factors such as its hardware, RAM, storage, operating system, performance and the specific capability you choose.
3. Before a future paid deployment
Before supplying a paid setup, we intend to determine device compatibility where it is reasonably practicable to do so, so that we do not sell a setup to an incompatible device.
4. Future commercial policy
When commercial sales begin, this policy will be updated to describe our approach to compatibility verification, installation outcomes, support, unsuccessful deployments, cancellation, the refund process and applicable statutory consumer rights in South Africa.
